Tagged: jane austen, austen, pride and prejudice, thirty days of jane austen, fitzwilliam darcy, elizabeth bennet, i think mansfield park is deepest and richest and most intellectually rewarding, it's better, but i enjoy pride and prejudice the most, and keep coming back to it, i don't even care if it's become mainstream or wtfever, it's a novel with no excess fat and pitch-perfect dialogue and characterizations and pacing and some amazing internal intertextuality, it's immensely satisfying and has one of the ur-couples of literature at the center, in an utterly unsentimental yet shamelessly wish-fulfilling very serious and incredibly fun love-story and a;dfkja;dkjf;adkjf, pride and prejudice is amazing, and darcy and elizabeth are the otp to rule them all, flawless otp, .
